I called VF from Ontario before we moved and Linda was amazing---she was on the phone with me, helping to source a very specific hardwood I was intent on having. Roger and Alex our installation team do beautiful work, very skilled and efficient. We also used VF for our basement carpet and stairs and couldn't be happier with that installation as well. All the staff were knowledgeable and kind and communication was great. I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks guys!!

  • Great. You can only know how good something is when you have experienced how bad something can be. I first went to Atmosphere and had poor apathetic service that was nearly twice the price as Volume for the exact tile order. So i switched to Volume and was glad i did.
