We priced out a lot of flooring and Volume had the best prices! not to mention the awesome customer service experience. they were very flexible with us and we had our floors and carpet installed very quickly!

Just moved to Chilliwack and needed flooring in our new house on a tight timeline. I called VF from Ontario before we moved and Linda was amazing---she was on the phone with me, helping to source a very specific hardwood I was intent on having. Roger and Alex our installation team do beautiful work, very skilled and efficient. We also used VF for our basement carpet and stairs and couldn't be happier with that installation as well. All the staff were knowledgeable and kind and communication was great. I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks guys!!

Great. You can only know how good something is when you have experienced how bad something can be. I first went to Atmosphere and had poor apathetic service that was nearly twice the price as Volume for the exact tile order. So i switched to Volume and was glad i did.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They always bring in what I need and have a great selection of tile also. I did all the install myself but they gave me great advice and the job turned out professional!
